Room Reservation vs. Event Request?

If your gathering requires campus support services, for example, food, facilities, or financial services then it is considered an event and you must submit an event request in LumberJack Link in addition to requesting your space in 25Live. (More details in the "Hosting an event on campus?" section.)

If your gathering does not require any of these additional support services and the attendance is under 50 people (e.g. a department meeting) you only need to request your space through 25Live.

25live Room Reservation

Our team is here to help you with hosting an event on campus, booking an overnight conference, or reserving meeting spaces. We are also available to help you with event related tasks like booking spaces for external organizations, general facility use, coordinating with campus partners for internal events, and room scheduling for your meeting.
